I help teams design human-AI experience & interactions that drive real decisions
Ethical AI
About
I combine 14 years of product design experience with expertise in behavioral science, human-AI interaction, and AI ethics.
I have worked across Polish and international markets as a designer, trainer, and advisor - building UX teams, co-creating an international organization in the industrial sector, and developing my practice through hands-on work and programs at institutions including Harvard Business School.
My focus is the space between the interface and the user's mind - where design decisions shape how people interpret AI, how much they trust it, and whether they retain their own judgment over time.
I contributed to the development of the first European General-Purpose AI Code of Practice in collaboration with The AI Office at the European Commission.
I am the founder of BehaviorAI - a curated library of AI interaction patterns for product teams who want to design the behavioral layer responsibly.

Decision-making process
Design the behavioral layer of your AI product
For teams shipping AI features without a clear method for the invisible layer. I run workshops using the BehaviorAI Design Framework - diagnosing what blocks the right behavior, designing an evidence-based intervention, and reviewing the product through RIFT: Relationship, Interpretation, Friction, Trust.
Identify where your AI product is failing users
For teams with a working product and a behavioral problem they can't locate. I review the interaction patterns, map the mental models users are building, and identify where trust, interpretation, or friction are miscalibrated, before the problem shows up in churn or support tickets.
Prepare your organization for AI Act compliance
For companies integrating AI across products or internal processes. I help connect behavioral design, ethics, and regulatory requirements into a coherent approach. I work with legal advisors to help you understand what AI Act compliance means in practice not just in policy documents.
